By using KingKung · Seller Center (“the service”, “the app”) you agree to these terms.
The app connects your TikTok Shop account to provide seller order management (OMS), including order search, product management, Mexico cross-border package split, and Brazil local invoice upload where enabled for your shop type and market.
You must be an authorized TikTok Shop seller or operator with permission to bind the shop. You agree to comply with TikTok Shop Partner policies, TikTok Shop seller rules, and applicable laws in your operating regions (including tax and invoice rules for Brazil local sellers).
You authorize us to access TikTok Shop data according to OAuth scopes shown at sign-in. You may revoke access at any time via TikTok or by disconnecting in app Settings. Revocation stops new API calls; prior actions already submitted to TikTok may remain on TikTok’s systems.
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the integration for fraud or policy violations. We may suspend access for violations or security risks.
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these terms. Continued use after material changes constitutes acceptance. We will post updates on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
