KingKung · Seller Center (“we”, “our”, “the app”) is an order management system (OMS) that integrates with TikTok Shop via the TikTok Shop Partner API. This policy describes how we handle data when you use our service.
With your authorization through TikTok Shop OAuth, we access data permitted by the scopes you grant, which may include:

OAuth access tokens and shop identifiers are stored on our servers in encrypted storage areas with restricted access. We use industry-standard practices (HTTPS, access control, least-privilege) to protect credentials and shop data.
We do not sell your personal or shop data to third parties.
We share data only with TikTok Shop as required to operate the integration (API calls on your behalf) and with infrastructure providers that host our application under confidentiality obligations. We do not use your order or product data for unrelated advertising.
We retain tokens and shop data while your account remains connected. When you disconnect the app or revoke TikTok authorization, we stop making new API requests and delete or anonymize stored tokens within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days), unless law requires longer retention.
To request deletion of your data, disconnect the app in Settings → Disconnect TikTok Shop or revoke access in TikTok Shop seller settings, then contact us using the details on your Partner listing.
For TikTok Partner application review, we provide demo shops that use simulated API responses (official paths and logs, no outbound TikTok traffic). No real seller PII from production is required for that environment.
